About Dan

Dan Bublitz Jr is an American comedian/actor known for his one-man show, "It Was Supposed to Be A Love Story" by Lights Out Productions. He recently filmed his first comedy special for VidAngel's Dry Bar Comedy. Dan has also appeared in several films & commercials even appearing on "Comedy Time TV". Dan is the creator and host of the comedy podcast, the "Art of Bombing" where he talks to guests about finding success through failure. During his career, Dan has performed at several comedy festivals including the World Series of Comedy & Gilda's Laughfest. Dan’s comedy can be described as upbeat and positive storytelling sprinkled with silly one-liners.

In addition to his experience as a live entertainer, Dan has years of experience producing live events and digital media. He holds an A.A.S. in both Business Administration and Marketing. Dan has co-produced live shows with Dana Carvey, Kevin Pollak, Theo Von, and more. He helped launch the San Diego Comedy Festival, Sno Jam Comedy Festival, and Paul Bunyan Comedy Festival. Dan hosts and produces the "Art of Bombing" podcast, "Submerged with Dan Bublitz Jr", and was the Executive producer for the web series "Sioux Empire Tonight" a local late-night talk show along with producing several short films.
